You may apply your yoni by using a sitz bath toilet seat. Once in place, but the herbal mix in the basin and pour over the herbs or add to the hot water to release the herbal steam. Sit over until satisfied most last between 20-30 minutes. Act with caution when using hot water.

• Add about a cup of Yoni Punani chosen herbs to a basin of hot water.
• Allow herbs steep for at least a minute.
• Remove your clothes from the waist down.
• Stand or squat directly over the basin. Some people prefer to place the basin in the toilet and then sit on the toilet.
